Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Awareness for Managers

Designed especially for executives in the International Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry

My Freight Career has worked closely with the NHVR to develop and deliver a tailored course focusing on Chain of Responsibility for anyone in a leadership role (management, directorial, executive, or supervisory) in the freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics industry.

The course is designed to provide industry leaders with the knowledge and understanding they need to implement a safety management plan into their business to comply with their Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations. Participants will gain the knowledge and awareness required to identify hazards their business poses to the heavy vehicle road transport journey and implement controls within the business to eliminate or minimise the risks to public safety.

If you assume that Chain of Responsibility is solely the responsibility of the road transport provider and the driver, think again… Chain of Responsibility includes everyone in the supply chain. The safety of the road transport journey and risks to public safety are the shared responsibility of everyone in the Chain of Responsibility.

This is a vocational short course. This means it is an industry related educational short course only. It is not a nationally recognised accredited course and cannot be used toward a qualification.
