On 1 October 2018, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) was amended. Everyone in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain is now responsible for safety. These changes mean you must now do everything you reasonably can to minimise harm and potential risk. Will I receive Certificate after successfully completing the course?
Yes, My Freight Career will email you a “Certificate of Completion” within 72 hours of completing the course. Please note, this is a non-accredited course – if you wish to enrol in an accredited course or traineeship please refer to pre-vocational training and traineeships.
What support is offered from Myfreightcareer?
During the hours of 0830 to 1700 AEST any support request sent via e-mail will be answered by one of our qualified and experienced trainers. All requests sent outside of these hours will be answered at the earliest convenience of our trainers the next day.
Do I have to complete the course in one go, or can I log in and out when needed?
You can login as many times as you like. You can save your work at anytime and return as many times as required during your training.
When does the course start?
As the course is self-paced the start date will be once you choose to enrol and payment is received. It is then up to the learner to complete the course at a time that suits them via tablet, PC & smartphone.
What happens if I do not know the answer to a question or can't complete an assessment?
You can attempt to answer a question as many times as needed. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can attempt to answer a question.
Can I have access to my training records?
Your records are securely stored. Please contact My Freight Career if you need your training records (you will be required to verify your details).
