Yes, My Freight Career will email you a Certificate of Completion within 72 hours of completing the course. Please note, this is a non-accredited course – if you wish to enrol in an accredited course or traineeship please refer to pre-vocational training and traineeships.

Support requests sent via e-mail will be answered by one of our qualified and experienced trainers during business hours 8.30am – 5pm AEST (requests sent outside of these hours will be answered the next business day).
Do I have to complete the course in one go, or can I log in and out when needed?
You may login as many times as you like to complete the course and your work can be saved at anytime. You will have 14 days to complete the course, starting from the date of your registration. After this period the course will become inactive.
When does the course start?
The course will commence once you have enrolled and payment has been received. You will then have seven days to complete the course. During this time you can login whenever you like, as many times as you need.

What happens if I do not know the answer to a question or can't complete an assessment?
You can attempt to answer a question as many times as needed. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can attempt a question.
