The myfreightcareer “Customs Broking Experience Assessment” – Saturday 15 November 2014

The Customs Broking Experience Assessment concept is designed to be a fair test of the “customs broking experience” of a potential applicant for a Customs Broker Licence.

Each assessment seeks to test the candidate’s ability to provide advice and respond to real life situations that are encountered by Customs Brokers in the normal course of the business of international trade, rather than being a more intensive test of the knowledge gained during completion of the “approved course of study”.

The situations presented in the assessments are drawn from actual business events and the responses are expected to provide appropriate advice and take the action expected of a professional business adviser, i.e. a Customs Broker.
